I have worked there for 1 year .then company given break to us due to finishing of trainee periods.This only thing i don't like and understand .After 2 year asking about vaccancies ,then no one tell us that there is vacancy.

Engineering products and core engineering design.

Dislikes

No work life balance, managerial micro managing, working on Saturdays and Sundays, less salary compared to market, travel everyday to Kondhapuri location which is hectic, no growth prospects, no hybrid work, company culture is horrible. You will have to travel everyday to office 60km but no hybrid work.

No new skill learning No career growth Monotonous work and very small part of whole process, so overall understanding of product is less and limited skillset used. Difficult to find job outside because of lack of multiple common skills. A lot of politics and favoritism typical Indian Company. Almost flat hierarchy so no scope to become TL and manager also old people are not leaving.

... support very much appreciable, but huge difference in contract & onroll salary. But as compare to other contract sulzer pay more.. Flexible hours Nx Teamcenter autocad Good work envirnment Cross functional team very helpful. I am the only person got new global project among all contract collegues. So very challenging/lot of things to learn Like Routing Nx, teamcenter, Kaizen, partfamily, API, standard part creation & piping assedories etc.

But unfortunately conflict with my team leader Now a in this comony first time am working with global team so its happening. But global manager happy so i am focusing on my work only.
