Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a days as I have to attend client calls and the salary is not satisfied.

Good work environment and Culture. Teammates are Supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge gaming arcade for chilling. Company Policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike bonus every year.
