I can vouch that I had one of the best times working with Sulthan Diamonds, the management was very understanding and would approve the proposal to improve the sales n marketing. The work culture was good as I had a great raport with all the staff.

The only thing I disliked was the backbiting by some staff, which demoralise everyone.

No SOP no guidelines no standards no grooming

Dislikes

No fixed designation and without informing will transfer the employe to any of their respective branches for work so called corporate no corporate system at all no proper incentives and no proper appraisal and will designation are just for joke it can be changed anytime without informing employe monopoly decisions. Simply treating floor managers as just puppet to bring coffee tea to customers is this the work of floor manager.
