...think about employee who are hired . Employees are asset not the design poput. Take home salary is just 60- 70% of the CTC. Employee give their incentive for the company as it was only 50% issued to employees. One man show company and there is no future progress plan and owner themselves are very selfish and don't understand human at all.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow . The early pressure is average. Sometimes,i have to work 8-10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Company culture is good, have Job security. You will get overall skill development and learning opprtunity.

Salary and benifit hike is on average. Politics on job allocation. Strict timing 9.30 to 6.30 and also only alternate sat not all sat office.
