Huge Lay off done during the Covid times. Employees have to take a pay cut or leave the organisation. Company is very fragile and has no backup plans during crisis situation.

Absolutely no support given to any employees. Salary for March credited with huge deductions. Only basic salary credited for April even after doing work from home. May onwards asked to be on standby with no salary. No emphathy towards employees. Only a management friendly.

Dislikes

It's not an employee friendly organisation. Work culture is completely sales driven with no treatment of equality. No job security.

Very bad work environment ,highly pressurised to employees.There is a lot of politics,salary is decent but career growth is very slow. No manners to managerial level people , no respect company employees, treated very bad and shouted on the flower not in cabin.There is a gaming arcade for chilling but arranged very fulish spot to motivated the employees,thatway didn't motivated but demotivated them, management no support in corona situation to the employees, everyone in managerial level to see our benefit not to other, very bad experience to me in sulekha.com pvt ltd

It's long list.. No culture of work.. Managent don't even bother about employees, favouritism, I've worked more then 6 years and survived, waste my skill even after topper of the branch salary was like Tme

Cool CEO never take care of anything he just come and go once in a week

Worse general manager, no proper response no proper training, salary won't be fully credited, no potential growth for talents, feel dead while working slavery work. For 10+ experience guys like me hired as junior and giving false promises.
