Suji high school is an education institute established by Seventhday Adventist Church under North East Tanzania Conference. Team work is very attractive from top level to lower level, people are working, helping each other friendly. Not only that but also They having a good working Schedule, for example. From Monday to Thursday I used to spend 8 hours, and Friday 6 hours..... On top of those above there is no problem in working environment together with working facilities.

Dislikes

There is no on job training for freshers a thing which made the one to copy hardly,Low compensation, with unconstant growth because it is depending on the Necta's results..., and there is poor administrative system.
