Except work Life balance nothing will excite you to work with sujata Carbons.

Dislikes

Purely Lala type culture, Job insecurity and they always prefer girls in office because Owner of the company is so fearful of boys, They are not manufacturer they are actually a trader, buying low grade material from sponge iron plants from raipur.

Its a one man army company. Repition of work is too much. Small thing makes big meeting with boss. Involvment of boss in every work is too much. They are using man not his skill. Its small turnover company. All staff busy digging past data. It seem its a 10000 crore company. Only offce timing is attractive. If you are doing somethinh in ur life so its not for u. Boss always see np ratio instead of turnover. U can understand verywell from my last line what i am saying...

They always see net profit instead of turnover. Too much data pasting work.lot of Repititon
