As such there is nothing to be praised about the organisation it shows big brand value but internally its rotten and the work here is entirely manual.

The operating model of SUJAN is very confusing. Work culture is extremely tiresome and scope of growth is limited. The operation is more on the lines of micro management then empowering employees.
