New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. I work Sujan ChemoPlast pvt ltd as senior accountant for six months, work culture is not good. director fire to you directly in front of employee.some colleque is not responding you. as a senior you work provide to you as junior level. koi kisa ka nahi he. They are you for some period. when work is over they quit you from job
