...cuments the file is kept in the VP'S cabin and not sent to MD or the chairman. And before they tell the employee please pay we will reimburse you. The amount is minimum for the company but very big for a technichian / or driver etc... It disappoints...

The company has orginized 20 people committee they major role is is to monitor the employees by day to day interaction and assist in medical help and employees with positive results are been take care in a separate hotel with highest standards for all employees equally

Bhawan group is a orginized and structured company every parameter is based on pure performance which gives very minimal chance of dissatisfaction

No comment bcoz in six months is not sufficient to say anything about the organization.

When any experience professional WHO left his job in his respective country and join any abroad opportunity with lot of expections but removing from his job suddenly where he has to face lot of challenges to again settle down that too in covid situation is very difficult. Ss per as job security I would suggest think twice before taking any action for abroad opportunity specially gcc countries.
