Lot of internal politics Mid level management is worst There is no personal space between personal and professional life The worst thing in suguna is that he pressurised you to do that work you are not appoint for.. Ex. If he appoint you as a Electrical maintenance then he pressurised you to operate the PLC..

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Career will spoil, 9800 Rs by hand salary, un limited working hours 8 am to 11pm,no family time,no leaves, daily minimum 120 to 150 kms training on the bike,worst work environment
