Forgot about your growth all time politics and no appraisal above 5% if they think the salary goes up and they can’t afford the salary, then the torture and employee are resign, the design employee going to the competitor company and get better opportunity more ever. The employee also joined same location and they use his experience for growth competitor company

Only like one thing that salary used to get on time. That's it.

Company policies might be good but Management is too bad, a lot of politics and the management doesn't address your issues. High work pressure. Appraisal does not accordance work The worst thing is that you have to do work whether you have not been appointed for that work. For e.g:- if you are an accountant still would do complete the work of dispatcher, HR etc.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a national client base.

... pressure is very high sometimes I have to work 12-13 even in festivals also.. Salary is below average..

Good foundation for fresher candidates. An employee who works in Suguna can work anywhere in the world. Minimum 3 years Suguna Experience must be certain to rise in life👍

There will be no salary satisfaction and low increments. Heavy work pressure. More work is done with fewer employees.

Very good company with highly talented team. Audit team has totally spoiled the company by suspecting and tendering false information to management. Many people have left the company and contributing to the competitors.
