I have work 14 years in Suguna this is best company in poultry industry ,salary ,bonus increment given on time Company CO managment good but region level managment doing wrong poltics ,over all good company to work any department and career growth .

...er completion of 5 years of my job I got promotion from Line supervisor to Asst. Branch Manager & got a good salary hike. There employees are getting every year salary increment also. There are any employees can get many chances of growth if his working is good/excellent. Thanks, Pramod Kumar.

I have observed that there is only one think is very worrisome that Suguna company not place to any employees in theirs local area and there are having lot of transfer of one employee from one place to another place. If any employee are transferring from one place to another place then he is suffer the many type of problems like kids sutdy,family issues are also included in this. Thanks Pramod Kumar

Vice President of PFD division working as lala of the company,he is asking cheap questions like monthly kitna salary lete ho. This VP must be thrown out from the company, He removed many good persons. He is already been removed from his last company.. Low appraisal, less chance of getting promotions. Lack of market knowledge, delivery take 12 hours timing, sustainability of customer is very difficult. company doing service from Karnataka border to capture Mumbai market which is highly impossible. Lots of poltics,

Good foundation for fresher candidates. An employee who works in Suguna can work anywhere in the world. Minimum 3 years Suguna Experience must be certain to rise in life👍

There will be no salary satisfaction and low increments. Heavy work pressure. More work is done with fewer employees.
