...them in rake and if you don't give oil manager sent you rake again and again. 8. Salary in your ctc is just a number You doesn't recieve actual in hand salary what you suppose to get. Example your ctc is 20k Then your gross is 16k you received only 14k in hand. How much they deduct you can't understand. 9. Many times they force you to work on Sunday, and daily shift is 9 hours but in lab you have to work 12 hours to complete the work and you doesn't get any money for overtime

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
