... and women like maternity and paternity benefits are not extended to employees. - Late Salary disbursal- Often disburse on or after 5th of every month. -Manual time sheet and payslips - You can imagine how the payslips are delivered over email with out any HR portal and time-sheets are submitted in excel format and collected by HRs instead of project managers. - Leaves - You will never be able to use your leaves and leaves can't be en-cashed when they will force you to quit. In short if you want to derail your career join Sugansa, many ex employees are suffering to secure a job because of the in sufficient details about the company available. Often people offers are revoked due to unavailability of sufficient information about company during background verification. As these guys are paying glass-door to remove all employee reviews. I'm posting here for all potential job seekers to give right information before joining the company

~Culture is toxic. ~Poor management ~Resources are managed by another staffing firm LEIT. ~It's a contract job. ~Hire and fire. ~Company is not able to renew ASDA's yearly contract and might fail in paying salaries too. ~All the existing employees are from LEIT and Sugansa branded Indian employees are terminated with no proper reasoning. ~No earned leaves ~All the 5-star reviews are given by HR team to boost the positivity after recent forced terminations of many employees, now even those HRs are searching for new oppurtunity.

Clear vision from the founders. Encourage employees to take ownership and decisions. Open culture and conducive work environment. No micro-management at all. Food and beverages at company cost in the office.

It's a terrible company when it comes to job security. No ongoing projects, Even if you are hired they may force you to quit before completion of 11 months as they work model is purely based on 12 months contract with only one client ASDA aka known as walmart-asda.
