Remote work is the only advantage and that too because they don't have enough budget for proper office space.

- No job security, They are a staffing company with only one contract with ASDA that too they are not able to manage. While hiring HR often mislead by conveying you about the full time employee job but reality is bitter and contract employment part is often hided. -Hire and Fire policy - They can ask you too leave any-day without any proper justification even if you are performing well and blaming client for terminating the contract. Same project is handled by TCS and HCL as well were you won't often see these issues. -12 months contract period - They want experienced candidate from branded MNCs to boost their LinkedIn presence for free and once the 11 month contract is completed they will ask you to leave. -No gratuity - You will not be provided proper response on asking about gratuity benefits. -No Employment benefits - Don't have proper benefits for both men and women like maternity and paternity benefits are not extended to employees.<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> - Late Salary disbursal- Often disburse on or after 5th of every month</mark>. -Manual time sheet and payslips - You can imagine how the payslips are delivered over email with out any HR portal and time-sheets are submitted in excel format and collected by HRs instead of project managers. - Leaves - You will never be able to use your leaves and leaves can't be en-cashed when they will force you to quit. In short if you want to derail your career join Sugansa, many ex employees are suffering to secure a job because of the in sufficient details about the company available.
