I feel the organization have good institutional environment over the project staff's and encouraging organizational staff's to promote their skill levels and strength at most. There is good team work balance and internal communication chain that I loved by my extreme. Always I would like to work with Suez wherever opportunity will come to me. It was great journey for me along the project work and always best wishes for Suez for their goal and success in every industries all over the world.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is too high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-16 hours a day straight.

Company work culture is good and it has its own technologies in the field water service to satisfy the customer needs.

In this company, salary structure is not fixed based on experience and qualification,this has to be changed,because of this i am unsatisfied and not able to satisfy my family needs.

...c...At site, the hours of work are 12-16 hours with no holidays or Sundays/off.Salary is cut siting silly reasons.I will never recommend this hopeless company to anyone who wanted to make career growth.
