I feel the organization have good institutional environment over the project staff's and encouraging organizational staff's to promote their skill levels and strength at most. There is good team work balance and internal communication chain that I loved by my extreme. Always I would like to work with Suez wherever opportunity will come to me. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is too high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-16 hours a day straight.

In this company, salary structure is not fixed based on experience and qualification,this has to be changed,because of this i am unsatisfied and not able to satisfy my family needs.

Out side experience not considered It's large MNC but my 9 years experience in civil field,my salary below 25000/month.... that's a reason only I m resigned and search good opportunity and job
