...he difficult time of covid they saved their jobs n terminated all the employees. They didn't give my salary n still forcing me to put the paper. My pf is also not submitted. After sending so many email they are not responding. I have all the proofs of their what's up conversation, emails n call recording about how they treet and irritate the employees. I am going for legal action now.

Out side experience not considered It's large MNC but my 9 years experience in civil field,my salary below 25000/month.... that's a reason only I m resigned and search good opportunity and job

The fact that Suez Projects are all Government Projects, this in itself gives a great satisfaction when your work reflects publically. As our CEO Mr. Bhan says, we are all in Public service, we must ensure best delivery of the same.

...list, there is no meritocracy whatsoever, appraisals are based on HR favourites. One has to toil and butter important elements in the company to get better salary package.
