Worst work culture, Salary is credited on 15 th of each month sometimes 20, no system of work, HR paisa kha kha ke mota ho gaya hai, eating money of people in contractual basis.

EVERYTHING IS VERY GOOD IN SUDAL , ALL STAFF AND MANAGEMENT IS GOOD , ON TIME SALARY , BUT UNFORTUNATLY I HAVE TO SAY THERE IS NO SALARY INCREMENT IN YAERLY BASIS , VERY LOW GROWTH OF SALARY

SALARY INCREMENT IS VERY BAD , LAST 4 YEARS I DID NOT GET ANY INCREMENT EVEN NOT ANY STAFF ..

Teammates full of politics, no training ,no job security,no growth, no salary on time and no hike. I don't like to work here any more in this worst conditions.

it is good organisation to work to get growth with proportionate growth of the company . Independent nature of work with motivation of higher officials work freedom is welcomed so that we can strong execution of our and company planning. Independent in work gives to achieve our goals without stress

supply of the product assigned to me is not upto to the mark. higher volume of business expectation from territory for the product assigned to me is not appreciated. because end user did not have capacity to purchase more quantity due to their purchasing power but company is not able to supply small quantity of end users demand due to their production cost and labour involvement which is not profitable for their production of particular product assigned to me
