SCIL being one of those oldest companies, is still yet to adopt a systematic way of work approach. The unionised enviornment makes the work place experiences bitter

Overall great experience with this company.got much more knowledge about my core field such as electrical as a fresher in this field.

The workers union is a little bit unacceptable .otherwise its a great deal

we are means all our sudchemie people's are like family members and not employees. Some problems in working some other employees supporting the work and clear the issues. Together work properly. Working time morning 9am to Evening 6pm.
