Working with Success Pact was an immense experience, the job security in pandemic times was very safe and secure with full salary and the culture in Success Pact are treated in unique way and management are very supportive to employees in all situations. The policies implemented in Success Pact for the employees in all situations. The policies implemented in Success Pact for employees are very ethic and useful in different ways like WFH option, Medical emergency leaves, Gratuity Policy, Maternity leaves for women's. and the last very beautiful cafeteria for having lunch. Because of all this I am happy to work with my teammates and learning new with my teammates and learning new things about the work how to interact with HR. Training given to us properly, Salary was on time, Appraisal was satisfactory. The work life balance is very good.

Nothing to like.... worst company... at L1 level there you are just made to do calls..

...or management has no vision and it is a culture of confusion and cheap politics. Initially the pay would be good but you then get stuck because you work on small time clients and dont get the kind of exposure required to get selected elsewhere. Join only if you want to get stuck here for a lifetime or get fired by the seniors.

...nding their own thing, n time for you. One free advise - the food here is worst. Flexible timing and the pay is comperatively too low. Even for all the hardwork the managers are rewarded and the actual hustlers keep biting their nails. Some people are hard to deal with and always low and complaining. Please do not join this consultancy for the peace of mind and a well balanced life would be a distant dream. At first they might offer you more money but eventually you would be doing 5X more than what you are paid.
