Unable to pay salary on time as there financial condition are worst.. Owner of organisation cried and said I won't be able to pay any salary right now. Worst management, worst culture. I have proof that my salary has been paid late and as well some of it is still pending, they deducted my pf amount but not yet reflecting on my uan , it's been almost 5 months as I left org in May 2024.

...his company, even if there is no mistake they will fire you without any reason 3) They dont have capacity to employ higher salaried persons, so if they are hired you with some good sort of amount, be ready to loose your job cause once they find replacement with lesser salary you will be no longer employed 4) HR and owner of the company are one of the most arrogant, mannerless and immoral persons tat they dont even care about you. 5) You will not be paid on time, have to chase number of times if you want your salary. So highly not recommended please do not start or wish your career with this worst organization, please i repeat please do not play with your career.

SuccessBooster is a real Fraud company. They do the interviews, collect documents and don't even respond later.. Don't ever interact with Rrahul Ssonawane and Tarun Preet.. They are real fraudsters..

"It's not success booster it's purely failure booster." Not satisfied, it's like fraud company. Worst company donot deserve even a single star. They are providing fake promises and ignoring calls and emails. The interview feedback are not providing clear and no clear JD information, roles. They are changing commitment every hours and forcing to resign the current company and join early without any offer letter. This is worsted experience in my career.

I was asked to come for the in person interview. Please note this was the third and final round for the post of "Senior Recruiter". During my first two virtual interviews, the recruiters (HR and the AM) were very well aware that I have higher years of experience and was holding experience from corporates.Although, the AM itself approached me stating that they are looking for a Senior Recruiter. When I reached their office for my third (final) interview which was scheduled at 2pm (IST) they made me wait for 3 hours. I kept calling the HR who had scheduled my interview asking how long it will take. After three hours of wait I was called in a cabin and was asked to give my introduction. Mr. Rahul Sssssonawaaaneee to that mentions that 1he will not be able to proceed with my profile and reason being I dont have A CONSULTANCY EXPERIENCE.I think your recruiters and even the AM's are not very well efficient/ not equipped to screen the candidate's profiles. Because had it been screened properly I would not have cleared the first two rounds even. The HR and the AM were not even clear about the requirement. it is surely a FAILURE BOOSTER
