Only I loke in this company is ,to work from office or home ,work to be completed as per target.

not good Salry/ no bonus / no holiday no leave no personal time . always phone rings and your personal space disturbed. Outstation travel by self - claim to be deducted by senior reporting manager,DA not provided adequately ( only one time meal can purchase in amount they provide)

Work environment is worst, sandwich artist don’t respect anyone whether it is shift manager or ARM or Store manager, old pos system and they don’t have KDS they don’t have enough staff to support your shift

It's pretty good like as a team member for the salary they are offering for that salary work is easy

But the manager and some team member they are skipping the work to another team member and the managing work also I did for so many times when a team member knows all about management then a manager keeps ignoring the store and leave the store to the team member when I was expecting leave for my personal issue I have never get a week off for my personal problem and the manager also have to do some work but he is not satisfied.

There no proper leaves in subway.. monthly only 2leava if we take more than 2 leaves they will cut the salary for all the leaves that you have taken... They cut the money for 2 leaves which they have given
