Too much of work load, No proper work culture, full of untrained people, labour problem, union leader interference, bad salary structure, no proper evaluation of hikes, very very late salary system and most thirdclass top management, most incompetant company directors and too much of office politics. Nobody can stay more than one month in managerial post (that the reputation of this company since last year (2017 - 2018 FY). Unfortunately i broke the record and managed to hold the managerial post in my service period for 2 1/2 yrs.
