the company is open to all staff employee who wants to initiate and to have a training/seminars to gain your needs for future, they trust me and because of that they always ask me what will be good for the company, and even it is not part of my work i always accept the responsibility for me to also prove to my self that i can do multi tasking work such as project engineer to site, technical engineer to office, material engineer including inspection and documentation/reports and technical purchaser but limited to generate purchase order, i also experience the offshore works for the above and under water inspection of piles of pier structure, and i learn many thing as additional knowledge to my previous experience.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
