There is good atmosphere for work. But the company policies are not good, valuations are not fair and there are no regular facility of good salary increase and bonus.

... is a lot of politics and the management does not find a solution to our issues. Work wise salary is very less. career growth is not very good. There is pressure to overtime, for which money is not paid. On the job training is given to new employees.

All training available in subros who should be available at industry for every employees to learn about and forward to self a better place.

There is no good salary for deserving. Basically company always try to higher NIT student while if company promote to self working employees then have got to good profit.

Salary structure not good and promotion /appraisal ,, there was no career growth until you did not give 7-8years in this company with full of energy and dedication and this is huge time

There is many types of training provided by this organisation like SPC, PFMEA, 7QC TOOLS,PST GD&T, MONOZUKARI, METROLOGY, QUALITY CIRCLE, KAIZEN AND 5’S, SGA,AND so on.

Salary increasing is very slow.

Subros is one of the leading HVAC menufacturing that fills dreams of youths. The organisation have well managed HR team and have good behaviour. The work culture show their consistency,and good will to their work. They have advanced staff with willing to work.

Dislikes

Working culture, trainings and environment are very good here but still a quite bad thing in salary that they provide untill a level.
