Salary on time is one of the good thing, Employee engagement activities are good, one another most important thing is company is very concerned of female employees security and facilities.

Dislikes

Comlicated systems, no authority even at most higher level, wrost processes which are being enforced on employees , very less innovative no any chance of adopting new things and culture, IT systems are at wrost level, Old management is the most difficult thing to handle, only thing you can do is to just save cost, and they do this even by forcing people to do job of three people,work pressure is at its peak, wrost thing is cheap culture where people use to abuse and ahout and openly at any place and its a daily routine.

Job security. Brand Name. On Time Salary on every 1st. Top leadership has made great policies for employees. Sarkari naukri feel.

Dislikes

Increment criteria. Old Methods of working,Not adapting to new developments. Medical Insurance Policies. (50k only upto SE Level) Rude Plant HR Behaviour & Some Head of Dept are egoistic & treat in non human way to subordinates.

Salary structure not good and promotion /appraisal ,, there was no career growth until you did not give 7-8years in this company with full of energy and dedication and this is huge time

...vironment and culture . Team leader and team mate are supportive management . Company policy are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and advanced bonus every month
