There is no good salary for deserving. Basically company always try to higher NIT student while if company promote to self working employees then have got to good profit.

There is many types of training provided by this organisation like SPC, PFMEA, 7QC TOOLS,PST GD&T, MONOZUKARI, METROLOGY, QUALITY CIRCLE, KAIZEN AND 5’S, SGA,AND so on.

Salary increasing is very slow.

...work load in subros journey (DAT upto Manager).Some people very good in hr team. Monthly salary credit timing is too good.

...behaviour not good they behave like dictator. Some times HR team not supportive. Low salary growth for old employees.

Very systematic company where we could learn from basic to proficient in quality systems, managing subordinates, Not so much pressure to handling, Everybody is defined with there roles & responsibilities just plan & complete the same within time is good enough. Improvement activities are highly encouraged
