Overall everything in Subhasree is all okay but increment in salary is not upto mark. Every year Increment must be there

There is a lots of politics, poor management. Very poor salary structure. No work culture, no career growth. No skill improvement options. No increment for hardworking employees

There are many things to dislike about the company, but I'll highlight two of them 1.The first is that the company's senior officers and management never take any feedback from juniors who work on the side. 2.The second point is that the company tries to complete the project at the lowest cost possible, and if the company's name gets damaged by using bad materials and unethical labor, no one cares.

Management is understanding , Rajeev uncle , AP sir, YP sir's behaviour is good , even Smita madam is also very understanding.

Dislikes

Accounts managers behaviour is very bad , both the assistant manager and the deputy finance manager. Assistant Manager used to shout like hell even though he had not provided me any training I use to do all by my own because i was easy with tally prime as I have worked in tally in my previous company and the deputy finance manager is very rude and pathetic. She used to tell us to make payments everyday and when we used to bring cheques to her as asked by her only she puts the blame on us that it is my fault that I m bringing every day .Apart from that the office assistant behaved very bad with me once, even though he has shouted on me in front of everyone, my manager did not even took a stand for me otherwise I wouldn't have left my job. Management need to understand the loopholes and should not blindly support the deputy finance manager as Everybody is here to earn and live.
