There is a lots of politics, poor management. Very poor salary structure. No work culture, no career growth. No skill improvement options. No increment for hardworking employees

There are many things to dislike about the company, but I'll highlight two of them 1.The first is that the company's senior officers and management never take any feedback from juniors who work on the side. 2.The second point is that the company tries to complete the project at the lowest cost possible, and if the company's name gets damaged by using bad materials and unethical labor, no one cares.

Account department and their beheviour with other employees. Management and some consultants however often treat you as if you're just their servants
