There was nothing to like about. Salary used to be come late most of the time. Word life balance was also not good, as staffs were forced to do work on holidays.

Dislikes

Each and everything, the policies were only build to exploit the emplyees. Even the staff management was not well. I never got my insurance even after clearing my probation period. Neither there was any staff management policies.

Likes

There is one thing I really love is my trainees they are very nice and really hardworking.

Dislikes

It's been couple of months, Invoices are not cleared. There are several reminders but no response. There is a guy Mr Bilal, who was dealing with all accounts and all as he is HR manager. Suddenly He stop responding nor taking our calls. I'm not share is it a stable organization or not.I will surely post the reviews in other platforms as well and make awareness about the same.

Likes

Just the teammates (only those ones who were not from the family of the management) were good and all of them have left.

Dislikes

A good appraisal is given to ONLY those who are a family member of the management. There is no work-life balance, no career growth. Work environment sucks. There is a bit of job security, however. No new things to learn.
