Growth is slow , No training , No Job Security , always receive bad behave from seniors , salary on time but TA/DA always one month late. No support from senior , maximum Employee having Ego problem.

There is lot of things for dislikes in su-kam. You will never get your salary on time and there is no benefits. Company don't give u job security. So buddy my suggestion is please never join this organization.

Company job security was very good and company work culture or management also very pleasent.

Every thing is ok but company not provide promotions we gives sales best targets,trained new employees etc.
