Styles Bazaar is a good store as far as I know, compared to other stores the salary here is very good, it gives quick promotions to the staff.

Dislikes

In the style market, he takes extra duty from the staff and does not get any payment for it. Every day all the staff takes duty for 12, 13, 14 hours.

Salary structure is good and on time. Yearly bonus policy is good .

Dislikes

Work culture. ( Very nepotism over there) Zero knowledge person freeze here as manager by HOD's Chamchagiri. You don't take any disision as manager empowerment.. Forcefully giving pressure for useless and unwanted work.

One of the worsted Organization in my job life career, There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue, Salary is decent but career growth in Big 0, Arindam Sengupta is mostly Bad person & very cheap mentality, please be safe there politics

...feteria is transport. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcades for chilling.company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There I'd a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joiners.
