There is lot of politics and the managment doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No job security, poor compensation, No performance appraisal shared by HOD and appraisal did by other department HOD. No criteria of increment. All decisions is taken by Management, which is unprofessional. Undefine job responsibility and putting additional responsibility to person who never refuse to work. Organizational politics. Grapevine hierarchy. Standard Operating Procedure is missing in every department.

If you considering joining this company, DROP the IDEA immediately. This place is toxic mess filled with narrow management, zero work culture and no job security. Employees are treated as disposable, and firing happen anytime and without any reason. HR bahut badi badi baate kregi par sab fake aur galat kyuki unko bande nahi mil rhe, dont be fool. dere are 0 employee benefit not even insurance policy, if you value mental peace, stability, career growth, stay away from this company and trap me mat fass jana salary achi dene wale , choice and career is your! life ka har step bhut important hota aur baad me regret krne se acha abi samjhdari se decision lo, jaha ho us job me khush rho, dusra sb durr se acha lgta, janhit me likh rhe..
