There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

This company has lot for those who has eager to learn keeping all the expectations with themself, Homely environment, people are supportive. Feels challenging specially in npd and marketing department.

Slow growth in career, manager do not value anyone other than work. Compensation are decent.

Amazing exposure. Have to work here for learning to cope up with extreme pressures. Good for starting your career but not to stay for more than 1 year.

...small amount if you login late. Manufacturing unit is in Chennai for stab bars..so you need to travel lot You have to login at 8am The log off time is at 5pm(rarely you log off at this time) No bonus...no yearly hikes Cateen food is average.
