nothing to like here as everything is done on a very cheap level, the sales, the development, the behavior with employee, the culture everything.

...ask from home, like on Sunday, after evening office time, when you are on leave. they have more problem with salary, they always look for some reason to deduct salary. the most stupid problem is that there is a lot of power dysconnectivity issue there in office, and whenever it happens they will tell you to go home and compensate the remaining hours by doing remaining work from home. Totally stupid.

The working culture allows us to try new things and takes stand for our mistakes which allows us to implement some features with confidence.
