...ere’s only 2 designers and 2 interns. No real benefits like PF,ESI or insurance. Salary is paid with frequent delays with out salary slips- sometimes up to 20 days. No fixed time makes it impossible to maintain work life balance. Team activities are nonexistent and if there’s a lunch or dinner employees are expected to split the bill. I recently resign because of these issues and i saw many kead deaigner resign because of the toxic work environment. They are still struggling to get there full n final settlement. The quality of project is also very poor, although they are getting leads, they are unable to secure new projects because of delay deliveries and subper work. If jenny is in good mood then everything is okay. If not then be prepared for a rough time. I doubt the few remaining employees will stay long. Proceed with caution.
