This is for the people looking for INTERIOR DESIGN OPPORTUNITIES IN BANGLORE AT STUDIO AMAAVI- Embarking on a professional journey at a design studio in Bangalore turned out to be a disheartening experience, unveiling a disconcerting work culture marked by glaring contradictions. Despite the studio's outward appearance of standard work practices, my probationary period unraveled a stark reality – a lack of genuine design efforts prevailed, with 3D artists resorting to generating views based on Pinterest references provided by designers. The inherent disregard for material exploration in sizable, high-budget projects further underscored the studio's shortcomings. Eager to extricate myself from this environment, and also facing health related issues I encountered an entirely unexpected ordeal during the background verification process conducted by the HR, particularly Ms. Geetha Athmaram. Fabricated accusations of a life-threatening illness, specifically "CANCER," emerged, casting a shadow over my professional reputation. Attempts at resolution through confrontations and numerous emails were met with dismissive indifference. SHE WAS ENTITLED ENOUGH TO TAGGING ME OF HAVING CANCER BUT NOT ENTITLED ENOUGH TO WRITE ME A CLARIFICATION MAIL THAT I HAVE NOT CONVEYED ANY SUCH THING TO HER. Beyond the professional facade, operational inefficiencies marred the daily functioning of the studio. The requirement for employees to purchase their co-working passes hinted at a lack of foresight as they did not have enough passes even for people working there since 8 months. Having no entry pass meant standing at the door every morning waiting for someone to come and open door for you. The absence of designated parking spaces created a logistical nightmare, as arriving after 9:30 AM rendered employees without parking spots in the common beehive parking space, compelling them to navigate surrounding complexes or pay for parking eventually resulting into reaching office late which led to salary deductions. The inadequacies extended to the studio's technological infrastructure, manifesting in a sluggish graphic system incapable of supporting AutoCAD effectively. Office inefficiency reached a pinnacle when a senior colleague chose to resign due to her not fitting in and facing harassment by all the colleagues in office which was also pointed out as my fault by baseless allegations aimed at tarnishing my professional reputation. Attached herewith are pertinent documents, including emails, appointments, and unanswered correspondences, as a testament to the studio's unprofessionalism and toxic work environment. A cautionary note is sounded for prospective employees, as the studio's façade of professionalism conceals a breeding ground for incompetence, toxicity, and a disregard for employees' well-being.
