As of now nothing to tell but i think according to my qualification and experience salary is little bit low but I hope I will continue working here and I will get hike and promotions

Organisation of company is very good.Salary is on the average side.Accommodation and good facilities are good..Senior staffs are very polite and professional especially in the quality department.

Dislikes

There is no life after work since company's major works are in desert.Also transportation facilities are pathetic, sometimes you may need to wait for more than one hour for pick up.

I nothing like in STS why I don't like the STS already explain in below box

In STS all mangement is South Indian they are not like North Indian people's If you are from north india they will bug us ,they give as lot of works, if you doing best then they take your credit to self,the create the problem for us,if you from north india the abuse as in their language,I can't explain what I face problems in STS Oman i think STS is only for South Indian,not for north india.

Very good company regarding work culture but management somewhere ruled with Punjabi community but all over good

My self 4 years work with good reputed every seniors appreciate me i got so many safety appreciated certificate from oxy pdo orpic but I don't know how and why release me i am sorry to lose my job with STS

Co worker , manegment are good. Over all not better but good.

In this Co, there are different sections. Some sections are very good, and people are happy, but some sections are very bad (like PM, CM ,ENGG. ) so I dislike it and return back
