Worst culture I have ever worked, they change rule anytime without knowing, politics on its maximum height even you can't survive in that culture, salary structure is very low, acording to HR working hours 9:30 AM to 6:30 but in actual it is not true...u have to stay after 6:30 no matter if you have work or not but you have to stay.. without any OT and then they say on the time of appraisal, you did nothing....and Anil Mishra (admin of HR department) was commenting on my clothes and I was in suit...still he was commenting in the conference room at the time of confirmation letter...he doesn't have manners to speak...they don't value their employees.

Flexible timing give enough time to complete work and office area is big enough so u won’t bored there by working all 9 to 11 hours

This company doesn't even deserve 0.25 star. Being very stright & upfront its like a jail. Working hours as per HR is 9:30 to 6:30PM but as per team leaders it it 9:00 to 8:30 PM even more late on daily basis..if you ever leave on time or b came late by 10 minutes only, then they not even talk to you in a good manner & not assigned you the work for some hours (4A team leaders specially)....even the team leaders will pressurise you to work on each sunday & holidays also after a very hectic working schedule for the whole week....Very much work pressure that will be 3 times of your max work capacity....No job security....No rule...politics at its max..Very unprofessional...No HR policy...they change their rules daily...No personal life even you can't talk to your parents in office duration i.e 9AM to 8PM... ...Don't ever join..it was an torture by the team leaders..horrible & very unprofessional experience...!

The company looked at me as a person, there was zero discrimination and hired me based on my competencies and percieved culture fit.
