...re, there is no life carrier , work pressure is so high, companies policies are too bad, there is no salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lot more politics,salary is too less and there is no career growth.

...a complete utilisation of training period a lot to learn and enhance Ur skills..as salary dnt match the expectation if Ur a fresher and as a experienced employee appraisal are just fine ..no politics at all that's the best here and work environment and culture is suitable easy n smooth ... innovative challenges are welcome always

Salary and appraisal are ignored a lot ...not paid according to the job as work more and facing challenges but appraisal r not upto the mark
