The company should pay the freshers a bit more as the expenses in these growing cities are unbearable.

Strode Experiences is a fantastic travel tech startup that focuses on content led growth which is quite rare in this travel sector. It will be an ideal workplace for someone with a flexible mindset, the capacity to see the future, and a desire to be a part of something unique. Dreams or organizations like Strode Experiences are not founded on the first or even second effort; things must be modified, examined, and evaluated again to get it perfect.

Only some people get chance to travel and not everyone so don't think like me that you will travel too much when you work with them

Its a haven for travel content writers like me. Starting a few months back and expecting quality work, Strode Experiences is sometimes challenging but that has helped me evolved faster than i actually did in my first 6 months.

Dislikes

Most of them leave at 6pm sharp, which means creators like me are left alone at the workplace, sometimes feeling alone, but yeah its not like other startups where everyone works till late. Dont know what to derive out of this

Not everyone gets to travel here, if you are working from office be ready to have random outings with your team members but also work 10 times harder when needed

Excellent working Atmosphere with supportive, caring and engaged colleagues. Everyone is really helpful willing to share knowledge in order to aligned with company's basic belief.
