String is wonderful company, where the freshers can build their knowledge and learn whatever they want. The direct managers will always let you to assign so many tasks based on your interest (even if you do not have interest). I have been there for 10 years, where I joined as executive and relieved as Project Manager. I have groomed a lot since the culture in the company is so open for learning.

Dislikes

This box may not be sufficient to list down this. Management will add leave balance. Manager will not let the people to use it. Their Staff utilization is truly crucial. They will even count the seconds which you spend in toilet. There is no minimal space for the work life balance. When you join in String, you should completely forget the personal commitments. And, start serving the company like a slave. Culture will be like a School hostel kind of.

It's been my first job in string info and I had a wonderful time working in the string ...friendly colleges and management .. and a great opportunity to develop and learn..

There is no option to learn and, In String Information there is no Option to balance work life and personal life. Team Leaders are only favor for their managers not bother about the employees, Forcing the employee to work on weekends, Heavy workload.

Compensation is Decent, but growth is slow I have to go Underpressure. Also, there is no job-traininig for fresher's , hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is the pain sometimes.
