Some rules go against the HR policies such as 2 days money gets deducted if you take 1 day leave in absence of paid leaves. Casual leaves do not get credited in bulk, you need to earn them each month similar to PL. Favouritism is a common thing and so exploitation of employees is at its heights.

Stratview research is having the best working culture. The working staff is really very helpful and supportive. great work, learned a lot from this organization.
