Dislikes

Some rules go against the HR policies such as 2 days money gets deducted if you take 1 day leave in absence of paid leaves. Casual leaves do not get credited in bulk, you need to earn them each month similar to PL. Favouritism is a common thing and so exploitation of employees is at its heights.

The title says it all. I feel stuck in my company because I lack confidence in my tasks. Reason?
