As it's a Startup Company, would be a better fit for beginners who has recently passed out where they offer maximum package. However the process comes under customer service.. so, if the candidate is really interested in customer support can join this company.

Everything, Never turn up for such looser co., it sucks, hell lot of politics, no career growth at all, kills your mind peace, no proper food, dirty working place, lot of pollution, no job security, no respect for women.

Very good org for freshers who are starting to know the basics of programming, project management and how the industry works. One should come with open mind, appetite to learn and then prove results and then expect rewards. Worklife balance can be a little offbalance at times but worth the experience.

Nothing to specifically note. Expect people joining to come with open mind and ability to focus on more than few tasks at any given point of time. That is the need of the industry at this time hence you will be in the right place to give your best.
