SRI has been extremely helpful to me during COVID. I ended my rotation at a different assignment and was supposed to go to another assignment after a 30 day reprieve. As I returned back to the US, the pandemic seriously hit our country. SRI reached out and provided me with an opportunity to assist my newly assigned location remotely

Dislikes

Its flexible It provides training. The travel opportunity is amazing. The work environment has been autonomous. I had the opportunity as a first time MFLC to stand up the bases first Adult MFLC Program and although I did not receive the recognition I should have from SRI, it provided me the opportunity to work with a population who very much required the MFLCs assistance. This was an amazing opportunity to display leadership skills, challenge the depth and breath of my professional skills and to build excellent skills that will last a lifetime.

Good for freshers.

Dislikes

Poor management. They never provide salary & incentive on time. No facilities. Soft skills zero. In probation time if you are not well and availed leave more, they fired the employees.
