Management don't have a structure and the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work on late into the night and even weekends also but from management side they are not value our hard work. They need only output. We don't get any support from management.

need a little more balanced time spend on technical upgrades on skill sets for team members against the work schedule.

Company is exploiting every resource. Compelling to work even on off days. No new resources can withstand in this company for an year if he/she have worked in any structured company

Management is so selfish that they only needs money.
