Working process is good, office environment and work flexiblety and pay's are ok

Dislikes

No proper training and team work too much politics in colleagues, not proper guidance and support, can't build ur skills and experience, not even provide the proper system support to work.

The only thing i liked was the team i was in. We all left at once.

They don't value you, whatever client say you have to follow. Poor salary. the pay i was getting at joining was same at the time i left which is after 2 years. of course I was given 2.5k hike in 2 years.

...s no one was co-operative. I will highly recommend don't ever join this company. And for providing relieving letter as well they will ask amount to pay. Wait for sometime and look for another company but never ever join this company.

Straive is good place for fresher or person who wants to develop their skills in Editorial Support or as copy writer/editor but only if you from relevant background

No salary hike and no incentives And their is no much leaves will be allowed in emergency time, and If you worked over there for more than 2+ year's then you felt like okay it's fine to be here but if you looking for change then I highly recommend it's not place for you

Great place to work, supportive manager(s), TL and provide timely workshops and training programs for our professional growth

My only concern is about salary and other benefits, it would be highly appreciable if the salary matches to the market standard based on the individual contribution and potential.
